We all know that to have a healthy body we must do some exercise and eat better, reduce stuff like sugar, carbs and alcohol. But what about having a healthy mind, more positive thoughts and feelings about ourselves and the world around us? How do we do that?
How do we manage our headspace, our often crazy, negative, critical, self sabotaging and not so great thoughts? Sometimes on the inside we feel like we are crumbling, falling apart in some parts of our lives, but on the outside we put on a show or mask and pretend we're okay. But, we're not.
Through my work with women, honest conversations with friends and knowing what goes on in my own head, I know this to be true. There is no gym we can go to to ship shape our thoughts, but there are amazing tools, simple changes, fresh perspectives to be had, new ways of thinking, fears to be faced, negative thoughts to be challenged and clarity to be gained around what you are doing or want to be doing in this life that I can teach you whether one on one by phone or Skype or as part of my in person group coaching sessions for women.
