Wow can you believe only a couple weeks to the New Year? I can’t! It really does feel (as cliched as it sounds!) the older I get the quicker each year goes by. Add in a baby and multiply it even more!!
I’ve been spending time looking back over 2014 and really getting clear about the kind of year I would like 2015 to be. I’ve created a fantastic workbook to share with you this week as a result. It’s my intention to help YOU reflect on the year gone and look to the year ahead knowing you have the potential, the opportunity and the chance to begin again, to reach your goals and ideals for 2015.
A new year. A new beginning. A time to leave behind all the stuff that you no longer need and re-focus the lens, get a clear picture of where you want to go, what you desire.
It’s time to get purposeful, intentional, motivated and ready to kick start 2015 with new positive energy that is creates a solid foundation in who we are no matter what storms may come our way and take us off our path. The important thing is we get back on our path and keep going step by step.
Often these storms are storms from our past. And we can get stuck living in it unconsciously. Our past can all too often define our present and our future. Negative beliefs, experiences, thoughts, habits and behaviours can stop us from trying, from taking a chance, a leap of faith, of trusting that we’ll be okay.
Messages, comments and opinions we heard growing up that didn’t support our hopes and dreams may still hold us back. And our past can leave a lasting mark on who we THINK we are and what we BELIEVE we are capable of becoming, only if we allow it.
As we come to the end of 2014, I invite you to take a courageous and honest look at what may be holding you back from being the person you know can be, from doing something you’d love to do, from changing something in your life you’re longing to change.
How are you holding yourself back?
What could be possible for you in 2015, if you got the help and support to create the changes you desire to make and bring more of what you seek into your life?
I’d love to hear any comments or tips you may have and please share with friends who may like this post!
