What thoughts are you thinking?

“A man is but the product of his thoughts, what he thinks, he becomes.”

It’s estimated that we can have anywhere from 50,000-70,000 thoughts per day. That’s A LOT of thoughts and a lot of noise in our heads. What are you thinking about?

What if you decided to notice and pay attention to your thoughts?  Start when you wake up. Stop before sleep.

Notice your conversations with other people. Your partner, your family, your children, your neighbours, your friends, your colleagues.

Notice your thoughts about other people. Decide to judge less and understand more.

Notice your thoughts about yourself.  What are the predominate ones?

Try this for the next seven days. Keep a note, write down any shockers, any thoughts you keep thinking. Give it a go. I promise it’ll be an awakening. It was for me.

Think about how your thoughts may be impacting your life. As you start to pay more and more attention to your thoughts, notice your thoughts are they come and if the thought is negative, disempowering, small-minded, judgemental, hard – stop, pause and either let the thought go or replace it a better feeling thought or flip it into the opposite of what it was.

I hope you found that useful and that you start applying in your life now.

Remember what you focus on grows, so focus on the positives, the good stuff and change your perspective.

Literally changing your thoughts consistently, changes how you feel and how you live your life.
