Be a More Confident You in 2017 - 3 ways to help -
I know it's been ages since I've written but I promise you the writing hiatus is over! Can you believe it's nearly Christmas?! Every year seems to go by faster than the one before.
I've had a year of really realising just how much women, no matter what their age or background have in common. The thing that's got me through random conversations with strangers, gatherings and retreats I've been part of, conversations with friends over wine and tea, women I work with is this struggle with self-confidence.
The struggle to believe we are okay, we are good enough. The struggle to manage the crappy thoughts we can often think about ourselves. The thought or feeling of, what am I doing?
So I wondered how feeling more confident, clear and calm could help you in your life? Would you be braver in work? Speak up more? Stand up for what you belief in? Make decisions easier? Know and create healthy boundaries? Voice your opinions? Start doing the things you’ve been putting off? Would you care less about what other people thought of you? Would you feel less stuck, confused or in a rut?
Most people I know would love to tap into a portal of greater confidence, so that despite the situations, challenges and people life can throw at us in our personal and professional lives, we have that inner strength, belief and wisdom to handle it.
Here're hoping that you might find something useful below. Something which might open the door to more confidence, calm and clarity in the run up to Christmas and in 2017.
